The Term Service Contract (TSC) is intended to be used for the appointment of a supplier for an agreed period of time to manage and provide a service on a priced task schedule. The consultant carries the risk of being able to perform and deliver the tasks for the agreed prices. This document contains the core clauses, the three main option clauses, secondary option clauses and contract data forms.

There is also a short term contract version of the contract available for less sophisticated projects, also a term subcontract, and how to guides on Preparing a Term Contract, Managing a Term Contract, along with Selecting a Supplier, and Establishing a Procurement and Contract Strategy to help users get the most out of the contract.
