Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Payment of Goods
Payment by credit/debit card is taken at the point the order is processed by our Merchant Service Provider (Stripe or PayPal if you have a PayPal account). Where goods are out of stock, or are forthcoming, payments will be taken and the goods will be dispatched automatically when available.
Customers awaiting outstanding orders can cancel at any time and receive a full refund.
Goods are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable. Books are currently zero-rated, but many contracts, forms, audio, video tapes, and electronic products are subject to VAT at the standard rate. If there is any change in legislation, VAT will be applicable at the standard rate in accordance with such changes. Goes Here Limited VAT registration number is GB 106 9552 11.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours for stock items, but out of stock and forthcoming items will take a little longer.
Due to COVID-19 problems affecting Royal Mail deliveries, all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Royal Mails delivery target is 2-3 days).
Goods weighing less than 2kg are sent Tracked 48 post, and those weighing more are sent via Parcel Force, or Courier. A signature may be required for orders sent via Parcel Force/courier.
Postage & packing
All orders for shipping in the UK are dispatched FREE of charge.
Returns and Refunds
Any claim for non, or late delivery of goods must be made within 28 days of placing the order, either by phone: 0203 0020034, or email: email@example.com
Any damaged, or incorrectly dispatched goods should be returned with the original packaging if possible, within 14 days of the invoice date.
No refunds can be issued for software products which have been unsealed, or electronic documentation/downloads.
Goods remain the property of Goes Here Limited until paid in full.
Return of Goods
Customers wishing to return their order may do so up to 14 days from the invoice date. Please call customer services on 0203 0020034, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For goods that are damaged, or incorrectly dispatched, replacement goods will be sent, alternatively, a complete refund for the items and original dispatch costs will be provided. Goes Here Limited will also bear the cost of returning the items.
Goods must be returned in re-saleable condition and customers must arrange for their return at their own expense. A refund to the value of the goods, excluding the original dispatch costs, will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
